1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ServicePoint CRM, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ServicePoint CRM for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on ServicePoint CRM
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of ServicePoint CRM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ServicePoint CRM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ServicePoint CRM, even if ServicePoint CRM or a ServicePoint CRM authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
